Another day trip to Lancaster concluded. I feel like the gaming rooms were very busy and everyone was engaged and having a good time. It felt quiet everywhere else. Gamers probably had a great time.
Here are the tables that caught my eye: First up - the former registration area had two large games therein:
Then on to the tournament spaces adjacent to the dealer hall and in the hall itself: |
Would it be a Historicon without a bunch of floor games? 54mm got more
play than in previous years. There's a great Khartoum game below. |

I've always appreciated the quiet simplicity of these Flames of War tournament boards

I love these resin hedge rows! I got similar bushes from Monster Fight Club , but these are not the same.

These Gettysburg Soldiers displays get me year after year.

Love this! Blue Moon I believe - really nice figures when painted up. [Edit - Correction - these are actually AB Figures! - Thanks Perris!]

On to the main exhibition!

I love this particularly agricultural table - lovely natural colors

During my short time here I'd have to say this Alamo game was my favorite.
I've always loved this Dracula's Castle form Old Glory. I really need to pick one up one of these years.

Ah! The Khartoum game! Nice!

These walls were "repulsive"
Nice figs!

One of the more immersive cornfield battles I've ever seen.

Mark's Game Room had tables right next to Little Wars TV - love my YouTubers!
Lovely little details

Tidy!

So on Friday morning, you can see, the overall quality of tables was very good. I may have seen too much to have been blown away by anything but I wouldn't want to judge the con overall by a few hours of me wandering about. We'll see soon enough what rose to the top as the Saturday reports roll in.
As always, thanks for looking - questions, comments and followers are welcome and
